Ligmatech has recently installed a fully automated line at an IKEA supplier (Swedwood) in Portugal.
SIA ATEC Engineering
The Atec group focuses on delivering manufacturing solutions for the plastics industry. As a producer and user of the OptiLedge, they have designed equipment to help facilitate the switch to the OptiLedge from traditional wooden pallets. For their clients doing a full transition, they have provided a modular based automated packaging line. For others, the standalone OptiLedge pallet assembly machine has been sufficient. ATEC has developed an OptiLedge insertion machine using adhesives, which is installed in Växjö, Sweden and Venta, Lithuania. They have also installed a new machine in Riga, Latvia to build platforms using the OptiLedge and cardboard sheets.
