JR Russo - Sales Director

 Joseph R. (JR) Russo Jr. joined OptiLedge as Sales Director in January 2008, bringing more than two decades of management and executive level experience in operations, product development, sales and marketing. At OptiLedge, he is charged with broadening the company’s worldwide business development program and strengthening the sales organization.

Throughout his career, Mr. Russo’s experience has been centered on the development, introduction, and expansion of innovative products and services that impact material handling and logistics businesses.

Prior to OptiLedge, Mr. Russo served as Director of IBC Business for Shoeller Arca Systems, with responsibility for developing and implementing sales processes, sales forecasting, ROI and cost comparison financial modeling in the Americas. Additional experience includes serving as Sales Director, USA and Latin America, in IBC Business for CHEP. He also served as Manager of Sales and Marketing at Milan Box Corporation and worked in the Folding Carton Division at Federal Paperboard Company.
