The ultra-light OptiLedge
At approximately one pound each, it is now possible to create a unit load platform that is substantially lighter than pallet alternatives.

With the OptiLedge, for the first time, the demands of your product and supply chain, not the dimensions of a pallet, or other unit load platform, determine the size of your load and dictate how handling, transport and storage are organized.

Material:
The OptiLedge is made from 100% virgin high impact copolymer polypropylene (PP). The material is 100% recyclable and it is highly desired and valued by recyclers. If required, the OptiLedge can be produced with antistatic properties.

Container Density:
Depending upon the container or truck body dimensions, tens of thousands of OptiLedge unit load carriers will fit where only hundreds of empty pallets normally could.
