OptiLogistics Names Lamb Vice President of Business Development
ATLANTA: OptiLogistics, Inc., marketer of the innovative OptiLedge transport packaging solution, has announced the promotion of Jeffrey F. Lamb to Vice President- Business Development.
He reports to Edward Fuller, President and CEO, and is responsible for creating demand for the OptiLedge solution across all industries and across all geographic regions. “Jeff has developed comprehensive sales marketing programs for top logistics companies, and we look forward to him using his experiences to bring the OptiLedge to the next level,” said Fuller.
As Director of Business Development, Lamb most recently lead the effort to have Fortune 100 big-box retailers apply the OptiLedge for the Asia-North America trade lane, as well as strategically planned the implementation of OptiLogistics marketing strategy.
“I look forward to using my creativity and my experience to develop a strong team and establish long-term relationships with shippers and retailers,” Lamb said.
Before joining OptiLogistics in 2005, Lamb held managerial positions at AIT Worldwide Logistics, Exel and Emery Worldwide/Menlo Worldwide, where he began his career in 1994. Lamb received his Bachelor or Commerce from the University of Calgary in 1992, and earned his MBA from Texas A&M University. He lives in Houston.
